Refund Policy

At TALA Yoga & Wellness, all services and digital products are created with care, intention, and the highest level of integrity. Because of the energetic, experiential, and digital nature of the offerings, we maintain the following refund policy:

Digital Products, Courses & Challenges

All digital products—including courses, challenges, recordings, meditations, and downloadable materials—are non-refundable.

Once you enroll or gain access to any digital content, you receive immediate value, materials, and intellectual property that cannot be “returned.” For this reason, we do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any digital or virtual product.

Services (Sound Immersions, Intuitive Readings, etc.)

All service bookings are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled with advance notice.

  • You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, or no-shows, forfeit the session with no refund or credit.

  • If TALA Yoga & Wellness needs to reschedule for any reason, you will be offered an alternative date/time or a full refund.

Events, Classes, Workshops & Special Ceremonies

Tickets to events (sound baths, solstice events, ceremonies, etc.) are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with notice of at least 12 hours before the event.

If the event is canceled by the host, all attendees will receive a full refund.

Payment Plans

If you choose a payment plan:

  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.

  • Missed or late payments may result in loss of access to materials, groups, or services until payments are current.

  • Payment plans cannot be paused, canceled, or refunded once initiated.

Digital Delivery Issues

If you experience a technical issue (such as difficulty accessing content or missing files), please contact embodytala@gmail.com within 7 days, and we will ensure you receive the content you purchased.

Coaching, Mentorship & Intuitive Development Programs

Coaching programs and mentorships are non-refundable, as results depend heavily on client participation, commitment, and personal effort.

No guarantees of outcome are made or implied.

Fraud or Duplicate Payments

If you believe you were charged in error or experienced duplicate billing, please email embodytala@gmail.com.
Legitimate billing mistakes will be refunded promptly.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the situation with us first violates these terms.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide supporting documentation.

By Purchasing, You Agree to This Policy

By completing a purchase, booking a session, or enrolling in a program, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
